U.S. Modern Aircraft Colours 1

U.S. Modern Aircraft Colours 1, an AK Interactive acrylic set

A set of modern acrylic paints from the AK Interactive range intended for painting American combat aircraft of the more recent era. The shades match the low-visibility gray camouflage schemes that have been used on US Air Force and US Navy machines from roughly the 1970s and 1980s to the present day. The paints are water-thinnable, odorless and formulated with the scale effect in mind, so they look natural on a model.

Use

• Faithful gray camouflage on modern American fighters and combat aircraft.
• Application by brush as well as by airbrush; for fine lines and transitions they can be thinned slightly with an acrylic thinner.
• Suitable for low-visibility schemes with several shades of gray.
• Spraying over a primer coat is recommended for even coverage.

Who the set is for

For aircraft modelers who build modern American jets and want a matched palette of authentic shades together, without having to mix them one by one.

Water-thinnable acrylic paints. Ensure ventilation when airbrushing and keep out of the reach of children.
