The coat area of a figure calls for a tone of its own, and the acrylic paint German WWII Panzer Division Commander Coat from Lifecolor serves for that.
Responsibility details are not available.
The shade from the Lifecolor figure range is a water-based acrylic paint. Its name assigns it to the coat of a tank unit commander of the Second World War period, that is to one particular garment and not to a whole figure.
A coat is usually the largest thing you will see on a figure, which is why every unevenness of the coat shows on it. It pays to work with several thin coats rather than one heavy one and to let each coat set. The long vertical folds of a coat will take somewhat more pronounced shading than a tunic, but even here both shadow and highlight are mixed from the same tone. Added black would turn the coat into a dark patch without a surface.
It will serve figure painters who paint crew and commander figures in the scales usual for diorama scenes, and everyone who assembles a palette by individual garments instead of mixing from a few base tones. The advantage lies above all in repeatability: the second and third figure of a scene get exactly the same starting tone.
Keep out of the reach of children, ventilate while working and do not put the paint near food.
