UA854 - Verde Limetta DPR Satin

Verde Limetta DPR Satin - Lifecolor acrylic paint

Verde Limetta DPR Satin is an acrylic modeling paint from Lifecolor. The Italian phrase verde limetta corresponds to lime green, that is a fresh green with a pronounced yellow shift. The DPR designation is taken from the name unchanged and is not expanded here. The word Satin sets the degree of sheen. The shade is part of a continuous range aimed at the livery of rolling stock, where it serves as a contrasting accent.

Use

• In this subgroup lime green is the secondary color that enlivens the gray areas of the livery.
• It stands out best on stripes and smaller areas applied over a finished base tone.
• In the same subgroup you will find a light and a dark gray, with which it forms a natural trio.
• A satin surface keeps the green fresh and at the same time prevents distracting highlights when photographing.

Who the paint is for

It will be chosen by railroad modelers who need a prominent accent in the color livery. The shade also suits dioramas, modern machinery or warning features, where a clearly legible and unmistakable yellow green is needed. The designation in the name is a detail that distinguishes related shades, not a statement of a particular vehicle or period, so choose by your own subject.

Keep out of the reach of children. Work in a ventilated area, protect your airways when spraying and avoid contact with the eyes.
