The name places it among the American interior shades, that is, among the colors that appear on the inside of a model rather than on the outer surface. The tone lies between yellow and green, is flat and subdued and markedly calmer than a pure yellow.
Typically on the internal surfaces that stay visible: in a cockpit, in landing gear bays, on the inside of covers and on the load-bearing structure. That is exactly why it is worth arranging the sequence so that the interior is sprayed before the model is closed up. The shade can also be used as a base under darker interior colors, because it lightens the shadows in deep corners that a brush can hardly reach.
It pays to paint the interior while the parts are still separate, otherwise you cannot reach the corners. Stir the paint properly before work and apply it thinly; a heavy application floods the relief of the instrument boxes and ribs that is meant to come out once picked out. Wash and degrease the area beforehand. Let the details come out with a dark wash only after the paint has dried completely. The recommended thinner, the thinning ratio and the cleaning of tools are given by the manufacturer, so follow the instructions.
