AK Interactive Water Foam - an acrylic water foam effect for dioramas, made by AK Interactive

A modeling product from AK Interactive intended for creating white water foam and a foaming surface on water dioramas. It is not a paint or a kit but a thick acrylic, water-thinnable product that holds its shape even on a vertical surface and, once dry, forms convincing white foam. It suits the wake and bow wave behind a vessel, wave crests and fronts, rapids, waterfalls and surf. It is applied with a spatula or an old brush and modeled into the relief you want; once dry, white textured foam remains.

Use

• Apply with a spatula or an old brush where foam is to appear - the wake, the fronts of waves, surf, waterfalls.
• Model the relief of the foam while the compound is still wet; it holds its shape even on sloping and vertical surfaces.
• Let it dry thoroughly into a white textured layer; apply another layer as needed.
• The tops of the foam can be picked out gently in white or tinted for translucency and depth of water.
• Combine it with gel and gloss water effects for a complete surface.

Who it is for

For diorama builders and modelers of ships and naval scenes who want realistic foaming water - the wake behind a ship, a rough surface or surf. Less experienced modelers can manage it too with a little practice.

This is a modeling effect product, not a paint or a kit. Close the container tightly after use so that the product does not dry out. Work in a well-ventilated area.
