MIG Productions Wet Effect and Damp Earth Mixture 75 ml

A ready-to-use enamel (solvent-based) effect intended to reproduce a damp, wet or freshly soaked surface. It is used on the undersides of vehicles, tracks, wheels, mud deposits and on diorama surfaces where you need to create an impression of moisture and damp earth. It is thinned and cleaned with mineral spirits (white spirit), so it sits over both acrylic and enamel layers of paint. The bottle holds 75 ml.

Use

• Apply it with a brush to the places where you want an impression of moisture (undersides, exhausts, mud deposits, terrain).
• Combine it with pigments and earths for realistic wet mud and soaked soil.
• The excess can be reworked after about 15 minutes with a brush moistened in wash thinner.
• It can also be drawn out into vertical streaks for rain effects.
• Shake well before use, as the pigment settles to the bottom.
