WWII RAF - Sky (Mr.Paint)

A pre-thinned lacquer (acrylic lacquer) modeling paint from Mr.Paint intended solely for airbrush application. The shade matches the British color Sky, a light greenish gray-green that the RAF used in the Second World War on the lower surfaces of fighters and as the identification tail band (the Sky band) and on the propeller spinner as well. The paint is ready to be sprayed straight from the bottle, has a fine pigment and good covering power, dries quickly and leaves a semi-gloss surface. The bottle volume is 30 ml.

Use

• The lower surfaces of British RAF fighters of the Second World War
• The identification tail band (the Sky band) and the propeller spinner on a number of machines
• Applied with an airbrush in thin coats, ideally over a quality primer
• Thin with the matching thinner for lacquer paints of the same brand if needed
