A modeling enamel (solvent-based) paint from Tamiya with a volume of 10 ml. The Dark Iron shade is a matte dark iron with a metallic cast, suited to imitating dark metal. It is not a water-thinnable acrylic but a solvent-based enamel. This is an accessory for painting models, not a kit.

Use

• suitable for brush and airbrush; stir the paint well before use
• it is thinned with Tamiya X-20 enamel thinner (for enamels), not with the acrylic X-20A
• ideal for metal surfaces, running gear, barrels and other weapons and metal details
• apply in thin coats; enamel holds well on plastic and on metal
• also suitable as a base for subsequent weathering and for bringing out a metal look
