Yellow masking paper strips 1 mm wide on a 90 x 150 mm sheet. A universal aid for thin dividing lines when spraying.
Responsibility details are not available.
Narrow masking is one of the most tiresome parts of painting. Cutting a strip one millimeter wide from tape is time-consuming and the result tends to be uneven. These strips are cut in advance, so they have the same width along their whole length and the edge of the paint stays straight.
A sheet measuring 90 x 150 mm carries strips of masking paper 1 mm wide. The yellow color is clearly visible on a model, so you can easily check whether you have forgotten to remove a strip. The set is not tied to a particular kit or scale, and you will use it on aircraft, vehicles and figures alike.
Lift a strip off the sheet with tweezers or the point of a scalpel and place it on a dry, clean and degreased surface before spraying. The paper carrier adapts well to a slight curve, but it does not stretch, so build up a sharp arc from shorter sections. Press the edges down thoroughly and apply the paint in thin coats, so that it does not run under the masking.
You will appreciate the sheet when dividing camouflage, on thin borders and stripes on a fuselage and everywhere that ordinary tape would be too wide.
The package holds only the sheet with masking strips. The model, paints and other masking material are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
