Super Elasticlay MoldMaker — a flexible mold-making compound

Super Elasticlay MoldMaker is a modeling compound that stays flexible and bendable after curing in an ordinary oven. It is used above all to make flexible press molds quickly, into which repeating details are then cast. It is neither a paint nor a glue: it is a material for making molds and for sculpting.

Use

  • Press an original part into the soft compound to create a press mold.
  • Cure it by baking it in an oven according to the maker's instructions; the compound stays bendable.
  • Cast resin, plaster or another modeling compound into the cured mold to repeat details.
  • Suitable for fine relief, rivets, paving, bricks and other texture features for dioramas.

Who it is for

For modelers and diorama builders who need to cast the same details over and over, and for sculptors working with molds and castings.

Cure it according to the maker's instructions, in a well-ventilated area, and do not exceed the recommended temperature. It is not a foodstuff; keep it out of the reach of children.
