A plastic kit of the New Cyclone motorcycle ridden by the masked hero of the classic Japanese television series Kamen Rider. The model in the popular motorcycle scale of 1:12 comes from the Japanese manufacturer Fujimi, which has long experience with motorcycle kits. This is a kit meant to be assembled and painted, not a finished collector model.
The New Cyclone is the improved version of the hero's machine — a faired special with a prominent front mask, a low silhouette and dynamic lines. Although it is a fictional motorcycle, its shapes are based on the Japanese motorcycle engineering of the day, and in the tokusatsu genre it is one of the best known machines of all. The series Kamen Rider has been broadcast in Japan since the 1970s and its hero on a motorcycle became a pop culture icon, so the model will be appreciated even outside the modeling community.
Use a thin cement for polystyrene and dry-fit the parts before gluing. The fairing stands out once sprayed over a base primer and polished with a gloss clear coat, while the frame and the mechanical parts look more convincing in semi-gloss and metallic shades. We recommend painting the small details of the handlebars and the chassis with a brush before final assembly.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
