The Tu-154M is a late version of the Soviet medium-haul airliner with three turbofan engines mounted at the rear of the fuselage. Aircraft of this family flew for decades with airlines east of the former Iron Curtain, and their liveries differed markedly from one carrier to another, so a decal sheet can turn the same kit into an entirely different model.
The sheet carries markings for the version in the colors of Samara Airlines in 1:144 scale. The reprint designation means that this is a new printing of a sheet released earlier, not different content. The exact extent of the sheet and the recommended kit are given in the manufacturer's instructions.
Ordinary decal sheets are applied the wet way: the item is cut out, dipped in lukewarm water for a few seconds and, once it is free, slid onto a glossy, smooth and degreased surface. The remaining water is drawn off with a paper towel, a decal softener helps it settle, and once it has dried everything is varnished over. Before you wet the sheet, however, check in the instructions whether it is not a self-adhesive version. A self-adhesive film that has been wetted is ruined beyond recovery, whereas a wet decal that has not been wetted can be wetted later.
