Responsibility details are not available.
A set of die-cut self-adhesive Peewit masks in 1:144 scale for models of the British de Havilland Vampire FB.5 jet fighter-bomber. The masks follow the framing of the canopy glazing exactly and make it easier to achieve sharp color transitions.
The de Havilland Vampire was a British single-seat jet aircraft with a characteristic twin-boom fuselage and a short central nacelle. The FB.5 version served as a fighter-bomber and was among the widespread postwar variants deployed by a number of air forces.
Stick the masks onto the clean and degreased glazing of the model and press the edges down carefully so that the paint does not run underneath. Then spray the framing in the airframe color and, once it has dried, lift the masks off carefully. Thanks to the die-cut shape the laborious cutting of tape with a knife is avoided, which makes the work considerably easier in a small scale.
This is an accessory for a plastic kit, not a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
