A resin modeling part in 1:16 scale from the production of the manufacturer MAiM - a separate head of a member of the German army of the Second World War period with a field cap (a side cap, the Schiffchen) and a marked open expression of the face. The part serves for head swaps and conversions of figures in the larger scales. It is supplied as a resin casting - unpainted.
It is a historical modeling part capturing the headgear of the period and the facial expression to bring a diorama to life. The subject is treated factually, without any judgment or glorification; it serves solely as a building and conversion element for modelers.
Wash the mold release agent off the casting, cut off the casting block and fit the surface of the neck to the body of the figure. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Go over the resin with a primer and paint with acrylics or oils; bring out the skin and the side cap with shading and a fine dry brush.
The part is supplied unpainted and without a figure. Paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
