Schwabenland Army Infantry Head Set, Front46 offers five heads in 1:16 scale for individualizing the infantry of the retro science fiction world of MAiM.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set of five heads of infantrymen of the fictional Schwabenland Army extends the retro science fiction Front46 series, in which the manufacturer MAiM tells the story of an alternative world of its own. The heads are intended for figures in 1:16 scale and are supplied as unpainted castings to be cleaned up and painted.
Infantry rarely appear alone in a diorama, and a group of soldiers with the same face looks unnatural. Five different heads let you put together a squad in which every infantryman has an identity of his own. The set follows on naturally from the figures, mechs and props of the Front46 series in 1:16 scale, but it will also serve as conversion material for fantastic or alternative subjects of your own, where ordinary figure heads are not enough.
After washing and cleaning up the castings, apply a primer. Layer the skin with acrylic paints from a darker base up to the highlights and refine the transitions with oil glazes. Give each head a small difference, a different skin tone, stubble, a scar or dirt from the field, and the squad comes to life at once. Match the headgear to the colors of the uniforms of your figures, so that the set fits into the whole.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
