The pin-up girl Show me your smile Baby is a MAiM figure in 1:18 scale, a stylish retro accessory for car models and garage dioramas.
Responsibility details are not available.
This figure of a pin-up girl from the manufacturer MAiM carries the name Show me your smile Baby and is done in 1:18 scale, exactly the scale of the most widespread models and die-cast miniatures of automobiles. The pin-up aesthetic refers back to the poster art of the middle of the 20th century and gives a diorama an instantly recognizable retro charm. The figure is supplied as an unpainted casting to be cleaned up and painted.
The figure naturally fills out garage and workshop scenes, a car showroom, a classic car meeting or a display case with a collection of cars. Beside a model car in 1:18 scale it creates an immediately readable picture, because it is the human figure that gives a miniature car scale and a story. The figure also holds up on its own as a collector's piece for the shelf.
Wash the casting, clean up the marks left by casting and apply a primer. Build the skin from layered acrylic tones and fine oil glazes; with the pin-up style do not be afraid of strong, contrasting colors of clothing and bold lips, because they belong to this aesthetic. Gloss clear on selected details, the lips and the accessories, will underline the stylization, while a matte surface on the skin keeps it natural.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
