The model is built from plastic parts and is meant to be glued together and painted; the package holds decals in the matching livery of the carrier.
The Boeing 777 is a large twin-engined wide-body aircraft for long routes, marked out by exceptionally large engines. The basic 777-200 version entered service with the major carriers, and in the colors of Japan Airlines it worked long-haul as well as high-capacity domestic routes.
The large smooth surfaces of the fuselage and the wings call for careful sanding of the seams and a gloss base, on which the decals with the lines of the livery will show at their best. Leave the wheels and the landing gear to the end. For a clean airliner look, an airbrush and fine matte or satin varnishes are worth the effort. The livery matches Japan Airlines.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
