The Fairlady 240ZG (type designation HS30H) was the Japanese variant of the car sold on export markets as the Datsun 240Z. It was powered by a 2.4 liter inline six-cylinder engine. The ZG version is distinguished by an extended aerodynamic nose, the G-nose, with a headlight cover and widened fenders. The car of the early 1970s is among the classics of Japanese sports motoring.
Use liquid modeling cement on the plastic joints. It is best to sand the body before painting, spray a surfacer and then a gloss coat, ideally with an airbrush; a final layer of clear coat will bring out the depth of the color. Apply the decals over a dry gloss surface and treat the chrome parts carefully so that the finish is not damaged.
