Enkei RPF1 rims in the 16 inch form with adapters, 1:24 scale from Yamamoto Model Parts are replacement wheels for car kits. It is not a kit of a car but an accessory to be built into a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of detailed wheel rims in 1:24 scale after the Enkei RPF1 pattern in the sixteen inch form, with adapters added. Yamamoto Model Parts is a Polish brand focused on accessories for car kits. The package holds no model of a vehicle: these are replacement wheels that are built into a kit.
The RPF1 design is recognizable by its light six-spoke pattern with thin, sharply separated spokes. That is exactly the shape that is hardest for injection-molded plastic: an ordinary kit rim has thicker spokes, rounded edges and shallow hollows between them, so a light wheel turns into a heavy one. A replacement rim gives the pattern back its sharpness and depth, which shows on a model at once, as the wheels set the overall impression more than most details of the body. The smaller, sixteen inch form also suits more civil and competition conversions rather than markedly lowered cars on large wheels. The adapters supplied deal with seating the rim on the hub of a model.
Remove the original wheels and try the assembly with the adapter dry first, watching the track, the ride height and that the rim does not rub on the arch. Wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water before painting and spray them with a primer. Spray the rims for an even surface; a brushed coat leaves marks on a flat spoke pattern. Light shades such as white or bronze suit this design especially well, and a discreet dark wash between the spokes shows up nicely on it too. Glue the wheels on only once the chassis is painted.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Tires, a model of the car, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
