The second volume of a two-part set of pre-cut self-adhesive masks for a model of the Messerschmitt Bf 108 aircraft in 1:32 scale. The first part is a separate item; depending on what you need to mask on the model, it may make sense to get both volumes.
The Bf 108 is an all-metal single-engine low-wing aircraft with a four-seat cabin, in design close to the later fighter types of the same marque. It was used mainly for touring and liaison tasks. Thanks to its extensive glazing and smooth surfaces the model is demanding precisely on the cleanness of the painting.
A proven trick in masking: once the mask is stuck down, spray its edge with a thin layer of clear compatible with the paint used. The clear runs into the microscopic gap under the edge of the mask and closes it. The paint that comes afterward has no way under the mask. The layer has to be really thin and dry before the next spraying, otherwise you make extra work for yourself.
For a modeler building the Bf 108 in 1:32 scale who wants to take the painting right down to the detail. This is an accessory for a model, not a kit.
The set contains masks only. Paints, clear coat and the model are not included in the package.
