A detail set of textile (fabric) seat belts in 1:32 scale from HGW for a model of the Fieseler Fi 156 Storch. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory for the cockpit. The belts are of real microfiber and are supplemented by photo-etched buckles, so that they replace the molded plastic belts faithfully and bring the well glazed pilot's compartment of this aircraft to life.
The Fieseler Fi 156 Storch was a German liaison and observation aircraft of the Second World War, famous for its exceptional STOL qualities (a very short takeoff and landing) and for its ability to fly extremely slowly. It was used for liaison, courier, reconnaissance and rescue tasks. The belt set raises the realism of its well glazed cabin.
Take the belts out of the sheet, thread them through the etched buckles and arrange them in the seats. Glue the etched parts with cyanoacrylate; the fabric can be shaped and fixed naturally.
This is a supplementary detail set, not a model of an aircraft. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
