An extensive aftermarket set of brass photo-etched parts from HGW for the plastic model of the German two-seat aircraft L.F.G. Roland C.II in 1:32 scale. It is not an airplane model but a comprehensive accessory that joins details of the interior, the exterior, the engine and the armament into one package for the utmost fidelity.
The Roland C.II Walfisch was a German two-seat reconnaissance and escort aircraft of the First World War with a bulky aerodynamic fuselage and a Mercedes D.III inline engine. For its time it stood out for good performance and clean lines.
Separate the parts carefully, bend them along the scored engravings and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. A more extensive set is best built up section by section, painting the individual elements before they are fitted.
The aircraft kit itself is not included in the package. Glue, paints and tools are not enclosed.
