Aber 1:35 M20, armored utility car is a photo-etched metal detail set for refining the American M20 Armored Utility Car.
Responsibility details are not available.
This detail set in 1:35 scale from Aber is not a model in its own right but a photo-etched metal accessory for raising the detail of the American M20 armored utility car. The fine metal parts replace thicker plastic elements and add shapes that are hard to mold in injection-molded plastic.
The M20 Armored Utility Car was an American armored vehicle of the Second World War derived from the M8 Greyhound scout car. Instead of a rotating turret it had an open fighting compartment with a ring mount for a heavy machine gun, and it served as a command, liaison and reconnaissance vehicle of armored units.
Separate the parts carefully from the fret with a sharp knife on a hard surface, make the bends on a bending tool or under a ruler and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The fine grilles, brackets and sheet metal elements come out well after a coat of primer and a light wash.
This is a photo-etched metal detail accessory, not the model itself. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
