A detailed diorama accessory from the Czech maker Plusmodel in 1:35 scale. It is not a kit of a piece of equipment but a standalone square workshop (industrial) window meant to be fitted into the buildings, ruins and interiors of dioramas. The set typically contains precise laser-cut frame parts and a clear film for the glazing.
The window finishes off the facade of a workshop, a garage, a factory or a damaged building. The square industrial look suits maintenance and urban scenes; the clear film makes it possible to simulate glazing as well as broken panes.
Dry-fit the fine frame parts and glue them in spots with cyanoacrylate glue or with glue for photo-etched parts. Paint the frame separately before you fit the film so that it does not get fouled. For realism add peeling paint, rust in the corners and dirt on the glass. Fit the film only once the painting is finished.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
