German duralumin alloy codes, fine decals

The set of very fine waterslide decals reproduces German production and material markings, the so-called duralumin alloy codes, of the kind printed on the skin of equipment. These small markings give the surface of a model an authentic factory look that is lost on a purely sprayed skin.

Use

• The decals are extraordinarily small, so work with tweezers and a magnifier.
• Apply them onto a smooth gloss varnish, ideally on surfaces with a hint of metal skin.
• A decal softener will help settle the decal into the texture of the surface.
• Once dry, fix them with a matte varnish.

For advanced modelers who want to render the factory markings of a skin faithfully on models of German equipment.

This is not a model but an add-on set of decals. The model is not included.
