An aftermarket detail set in cast resin from the Czech maker MH models for plastic models of the twin-engine Aero MB-200 bomber in 1:72 scale. The package holds wheels with tires with a marked tread pattern. It is not an aircraft kit but replacement landing gear parts.
The Aero MB-200 was a twin-engine bomber of the French Bloch design line, built under license and in series in interwar Czechoslovakia. In the 1930s it served as one of the main bombers of the Czechoslovak Air Force.
Wash the wheels to remove the mold release agent, cut the casting block off, usually on the contact face with the tire, and clean it up gently. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Paint the tires a flat dark gray rather than black; the tread and the sidewalls can be brought out with a lighter dry brush and dust pigments.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
