Responsibility details are not available.
A set of injection-molded plastic figures of German commanders from the period of the Second World War in 1:35 scale from Tamiya. The package holds five command figures supplemented by equipment, weapons and accessories. The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted; they are meant to be glued, sprayed and painted.
The set captures a command group planning and directing combat. Among the figures are a senior officer pointing at a map, a commander with a briefcase and a map case, a commander with a submachine gun, a junior officer checking a pistol and a radio operator. The accessories include binoculars, pistol holsters, a submachine gun, a magazine pouch and a map case; paper maps with instructions for the markings are usually included as well. The set serves well to bring a command post or a scene with vehicles to life.
First clean the figures of flash and glue the body, head and limbs together; fill the seams with care. Paint the faces and hands by layering and glazing, and bring out the uniforms with shading and dry-brushed edges. Small accessories such as binoculars or holsters come out best when painted separately. The figures make the greatest impression in a diorama with a vehicle of the same scale.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
