It is not a model but an accessory for the clean painting of the road wheels. The masks are cut from thin self-adhesive film and are trimmed exactly to the shape of the wheel bands.
The M109 is an American tracked self-propelled howitzer of 155 mm caliber, one of the most widely used artillery vehicles of Western armies. It went through a long series of upgrades over the decades. The running gear is a row of wheels with rubber tire bands.
The masks let you separate the color of the rubber band from the metal center of the wheel and get a precise border without slowly masking each wheel by hand.
This is an accessory for a plastic kit. The model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
