Modern German ISAF Soldiers in Afghanistan is a set of figures of German soldiers of the international force in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer Trumpeter, intended to bring dioramas with modern equipment to life.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set of plastic figures in 1:35 scale from Trumpeter depicts a group of soldiers of the German Bundeswehr serving with the international ISAF force. The package contains several figures in action and at rest, together with separately molded equipment and personal weapons. The figures are supplied as a kit made of injection-molded plastic.
The subjects are members of the German land forces deployed in a Central Asian setting around the turn of the first decade of the twenty-first century. The uniforms, vests, helmets and modern infantry weapons match the equipment of that period. The set is therefore ideal as an addition to models of contemporary armored and wheeled vehicles.
Cut the parts from the sprues with a sharp knife and fit them together, and glue the joints with liquid cement for plastic. Apply a primer before painting, then create the shades of the uniforms with an airbrush or a brush and use washes to bring out the folds and the details of the equipment. Faces are best painted by building up layers.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
