This is a resin figure in 1:35 scale from LZ models. It represents a British soldier from the crew of the Morris C8 Quad (FAT) artillery tractor in the relaxed genre pose called Tea time, that is during a tea break. The figure is cast in several parts with rendering of the uniform and is intended to bring a model of the British tractor or a diorama to life. The pose gives a scene its typical period flavor.
The Morris C8 Quad, known as the Field Artillery Tractor (FAT), was a British artillery tractor of the Second World War with all-wheel drive. It towed anti-tank and field guns and carried their crews and ammunition. It was deployed across British and Allied units on most of the theaters of war.
Separate the parts from the casting blocks, wash them and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). After the base primer, build the flesh and fabric tones; British battledress stands out through subtle transitions and shadows. Small props help the pose stand out, and the face is finished with glazes and a dry brush.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the machinery model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
