German steel helmets - Luftwaffe (1:35, ELEFANT) is a supplementary set of ten helmets with decals for figures and models.
Responsibility details are not available.
This supplementary set in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer ELEFANT contains ten German steel helmets with decals of the markings used by the Luftwaffe. It is not a model in its own right but a detail accessory for improving figures and vehicles in that scale.
The set provides replacement steel helmets in a larger number, thanks to which the look of production figures can be varied or a diorama completed with helmets set down on kit and in the groundwork. The enclosed decals serve to suggest the period markings on the helmet shells.
Clean the parts up carefully and prime them before painting. The shells paint well in matte shades with a fine lightening of the edges; apply the decals onto a smooth, or slightly glossy, base and seal them with matte varnish. Washes will bring out the shape and the details.
This is a supplementary accessory, not a model in its own right. Paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
