Aber 1:35 Polish light tank 7TP is a photo-etched metal detail set for refining the plastic model of the Polish 7TP light tank. It is not a model but an accessory for superdetailing.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a photo-etched metal set from Aber in 1:35 scale. It does not hold the tank itself but thin photo-etched parts with which you replace or supplement the coarser plastic parts of the base kit and reach a far higher level of detail. Typically these are fenders, mesh, brackets, clips and small fittings whose scale thickness cannot be achieved in plastic.
The 7TP was a Polish light tank of the 1930s derived from the license-built Vickers 6-ton. In its main (single-turret) version it carried a 37 mm antitank gun and was one of the best light tanks of its day. It saw combat during the defensive fighting of 1939.
Photo-etched parts are separated with a sharp blade on a cutting mat, bent in a bending tool or over a steel rule and glued with cyanoacrylate glue, or soldered. Degrease the metal before painting and lay down a primer for metal. The detail then comes out under paint and weathering with washes and pigments.
This is a detail accessory, not a model. The base kit, glue, paints and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
