This item is not a kit of equipment and not a figure on its own. It is a diorama accessory: the large version of a rabbit hutch, that is, a wooden farm structure with pens, which you place into a village or rear-area scene in 1:35 scale. The manufacturer MAiM offers it in its range of diorama accessories and also in a smaller variant, so you can choose the size according to the area of your base.
Farm structures do more in a diorama than just fill space — they give a scene scale, anchor it in time and explain where the action takes place. A rabbit hutch comes into its own naturally at a farm, in a yard behind a house, at a field homestead or in the rear area behind a front line, where ordinary civilian life carries on beside military equipment. It also works well as a visual barrier that divides a scene into several planes and keeps a model from looking flat.
Wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water before gluing and let them dry. Small castings are reliably joined by super glue, while ordinary modeling cement serves on plastic parts. A wooden structure benefits from layered painting: a lighter base, a darker glaze with a brush along the direction of the grain and, at the end, a light dry brush that picks out the edges of the boards. Darken the wire mesh and the fittings and pick them out with rust shades. You will solve the sinking into the terrain with grass, soil and pigments around the foot of the structure — without that an accessory on a base always floats a little.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
