The Financni straz was an armed corps of First Republic Czechoslovakia that guarded the state borders and the customs interests. The respicient was one of its ranks and worked in border and customs duty. The uniform and equipment of the 1930s make a member of the financial guard a rewarding subject for a historical figure.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, clean up the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue), filling any small gaps. Lay down a primer and paint the figure with acrylics or oils; the face and the detail of the uniform come into their own with shading and glazes. Setting it on a base or in a diorama suits it well.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted, without a base or accessories, unless stated otherwise. Glue and paints are not included in the package.
