A photo-etched detail set from the Czech maker Eduard for the Russian T-14 Armata main battle tank in 1:35 scale. It is not a kit but a detail accessory. The set adds fine photo-etched parts, grilles, covers and small features that lift a base plastic model to a higher level of fidelity.
The T-14 Armata is a modern Russian main battle tank built on the universal Armata tracked platform. It is marked out by its unmanned, remotely operated turret and by a crew concentrated in an armored capsule in the front part of the hull, a layout aimed at improving crew survival.
Separate the photo-etched parts and make the bends on a bender. Work in sections and bond the fine grilles with super glue over small areas. Degrease the surfaces before painting and lay down primer. Once painted, the details stand out after being brought out with a wash.
The accessory holds no model, glue or paints. It is intended for completing an existing kit.
