Quickwheel 1:35 T-80 is a masking set for the road wheels of the T-80 tank, cut for the Trumpeter kit. It separates the rubber tire band from the metal rim, so you need not line the transition between the shades freehand.

This is neither a kit nor replacement parts. It is a set of masking shapes that separates the rubber tire band from the metal rim on the wheels of the T-80 tank in 1:35 scale. With road wheels the shape of a mask is tied to a particular molding, which is why this set is cut for the Trumpeter kit — check before ordering that this is the one you are building.
The T-80 carries six road wheels of fairly small diameter with a rubber tire band on each side, and above them small return rollers in the upper run of the track. There are plenty of wheels, then, but the band of rubber you will actually see on a finished model is narrow — the side skirts cover a large part of the height of the running gear. That is exactly why bled paint shows: the eye compares six identical circles side by side and an irregularity in one of them stands out at once. The drive sprocket and the idler wheel also have a different diameter and a different profile from the road wheels, so a uniform circle does not fit them and they are dealt with separately.
The commonest alternative is to line the tire band with a brush. With six wheels per side that means twelve circles that have to be of the same width and with an equally sharp edge — and your hand tires before you reach the end. Paint laid on with a brush also leaves strokes on the tire band and a slightly different sheen from the sprayed surface around it. With a mask you spray both by the same technique, so the surfaces behave identically. Mask and spray the wheels while they are still separate — once they are glued to the hull and under the skirts you can no longer reach them properly.
