A colored photo-etched instrument panel from the manufacturer Yahu Models in 1:35 scale for the Soviet ZiL 131 truck. It is not a kit of the vehicle but a finished accessory for the cab of the model. The multi-layer photo-etch gives the panel a three-dimensional look, and the dial faces printed in color are coated with a layer imitating the glass of the instruments.
The ZiL 131 is a Soviet heavy truck with all-wheel drive, in series production from the 1960s. It served in the army as an all-purpose chassis for transport and towing and as a carrier for mounted equipment. The large cab with its prominent dashboard makes detailing it a well-visible element on the model.
Separate the part from the fret, clean it up and glue it in with a small amount of super glue. Do not paint over the color print; at most deepen the contrast with a fine dark wash. The panel is meant to be fitted in place of the part from the base plastic kit in 1:35 scale.
This is an accessory for a cab, not a complete model of the vehicle. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
