An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:350 scale from Trumpeter. The box contains a set of small shipboard helicopters intended to complete the deck and the hangar of a ship model in the same scale, not one large model. Glue and paints are not included.
The Kamov Ka-29 (NATO reporting name Helix) is a Soviet and Russian shipboard helicopter of the layout with two contra-rotating rotors. It serves above all as an assault transport and support machine for the naval infantry. The design with coaxial rotors does without a tail rotor and is compact for operating from ships.
The parts and the rotor blades are very delicate in this scale, so separate them carefully and glue them with thin plastic cement in small amounts. A primer coat and painting with a fine brush or an airbrush are the answer.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
