The Pmask 1:48 Bf 109G set holds die-cut self-adhesive masks for the cockpit glazing of the German fighter, for quick masking with sharp edges.
Responsibility details are not available.
A Pmask masking set in 1:48 scale for a model of the Messerschmitt Bf 109G fighter. It is an accessory for painting rather than a kit: the masks are cut to the shape of the clear parts of one particular kit of this version of the aircraft. The cockpit of the Bf 109 has many narrow frames, and cutting tape by hand here is both slow and risky, while a ready-made template shortens the job to a few minutes.
The Bf 109G, nicknamed Gustav, was the most numerously produced development series of the German single-engine fighter of the Second World War. It was marked by a more powerful engine and by step-by-step changes to the cowling, the armament and the canopy, so the individual subversions differ noticeably from one another. The shape of the canopy is one of the main distinguishing features.
For modelers building the Bf 109G in 1:48 scale who want a clean cockpit and accurate frames without hours of work with a scalpel.
The package contains masks only. The kit and the paints are not included.
