The real subject is a French heavy machine gun which, because of its high weight, saw only limited use in aircraft service. The French air service of the First World War tried various machine guns for pilot and observer mountings; heavier designs were difficult to use on board an airplane.
Wash the part free of mold release agent residue, cut the casting block off and sand the surface lightly with respiratory protection. Bond the resin with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Bring out the metal parts with steel shades and a fine wash.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
