Responsibility details are not available.
A figure of a sailor of the Kriegsmarine of the Second World War period, conceived as part of a ceremonial scene. It is intended for scenes by a Type VIIC submarine, that is, the most numerous type of German submarine, which is at the same time the most widespread subject for submarine models. Without a crew even the best built model looks empty.
In 1:48 scale an adult figure stands just under four centimeters tall. The figure suits the deck of a model, a diorama as well as a base of its own as a small display case item. The range contains several figures under different codes, and the particular treatment of the figure corresponds to the code of this item.
Wash and degrease the figure before painting, so that the paint holds. Cut the surplus material and the traces of manufacture off with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the rest down gently. Choose the glue according to the material of the parts and according to the manufacturer's instructions. Apply the paint in thin layers; what does the most is shading the folds and a carefully handled face, on which the whole impression of the figure rests.
The figure will serve builders of naval vehicles in 1:48 scale, makers of dioramas and collectors looking for a small item to complete a display case. The demands on skill are reasonable; painting figures can be started on a small piece exactly like this.
The submarine model, a base, paints and glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
