A plastic kit of the PZL.43A in 1:48 scale from Mirage Hobby, in the form of the machines captured and used by the Luftwaffe. The export variant of the Polish Karas aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the PZL.43A aircraft in 1:48 scale from Mirage Hobby, focused on the form of the machines that the Germans captured in 1939 and briefly operated with the Luftwaffe. The box holds injection-molded and clear plastic, photo-etched parts and decals for the matching markings.
The PZL.43 was the export version of the Polish light bomber of the Karas line, delivered with a more powerful engine. Several PZL.43A aircraft originally completed for a foreign customer were captured by the German side after the attack on Poland and, after being re-marked, flew briefly with the Luftwaffe. It is therefore an interesting and less usual chapter in the history of the type.
Pay attention to the cockpit glazing and the ventral gondola. Glue with cement for plastic and the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue. Apply a primer before painting; for the Luftwaffe form, German schemes with the matching decals and panel accentuation are suitable.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
