An injection-molded plastic kit of the light twin-engine transport aircraft C-145 Skytruck (the military version of the PZL M28 type) in 1:72 scale from the manufacturer Aero Plast. The model is made up of injection-molded plastic parts in gray and clear, together with a decal sheet. The exact make-up of the contents is given in the enclosed instructions.
C-145 Skytruck is the military designation of a light twin-engine strut-braced high-wing monoplane derived from the Polish PZL M28 type. The machine, with its short takeoff and landing, serves to carry passengers and cargo and to support special forces. It is marked out by a sturdy structure and the ability to operate from unprepared strips.
The angular shapes of the fuselage call for careful fitting and cleaning up of the joints. Prepare the interior and the glazing before closing the fuselage. On a strut-braced high-wing monoplane we recommend assembling with an eye to the correct angle of the wing and the struts. Both camouflage and civil schemes spray well with an airbrush, and the decals go on over a gloss varnish. The large windows are worth masking with a liquid mask.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
