Responsibility details are not available.
This product is not a kit and not a resin detail set but a decal sheet intended for models of the American twin-engine North American B-25C and B-25D bomber in 1:72 scale. It combines striking paintings on the nose, so-called nose art, with small technical lettering that goes onto the airframe only once the camouflage is finished. The words part two refer to the position in the range of sheets from the same manufacturer; the set is used on its own and does not assume you own the previous part.
The B-25 Mitchell was an all-metal medium bomber with two radial engines, twin vertical tails and tricycle landing gear. The B-25C and B-25D versions were practically identical in design and differed mainly in the factory that built them. This was the classic form with a glazed nose, used for bombing in level flight. Individual paintings on the noses of particular machines were among the characteristic features of American bomber units of the day and are a rewarding subject for modelers today.
For modelers who want to give their B-25C or B-25D a particular individual form and are not satisfied with the decals enclosed with a kit. Working with large designs calls for a calm hand and a carefully prepared gloss surface; otherwise even a moderately advanced builder will manage it.
This is an accessory for a kit. The model, paints, varnish and a decal softener are not included in the package.
