Airfix European City Steps 1:72 is a ready-made resin diorama base - a city stairway for European scenes.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a ready-made diorama base in resin, not a model of a vehicle. It represents a European city stairway in 1:72 scale from the brand Airfix. The base is supplied as a one-piece, assembled and unpainted casting that only needs to be cleaned and painted.
City steps make up a characteristic corner of a European city and serve as a scenic base or a section of a diorama. Figures and equipment can be set out around the stairway to create a striking street scene. The detail of the steps and the surfaces is given by the quality of the resin casting.
First wash the casting to remove any residues of mold release agent and degrease it. You will liven up the stone and the masonry with gray and beige base coats, a dark wash in the joints and a dry brush on the edges of the steps. You will finish the moss, dust and dirt with pigments; the finish is easy to match with the surroundings of the scene.
The base is supplied as a resin casting, unpainted. Paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
