F-15J Eagle is a plastic kit of a Japanese fighter aircraft in 1:72 scale from the Japanese manufacturer Hasegawa.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the F-15J Eagle fighter in 1:72 scale from the Japanese company Hasegawa, in the finish of a machine of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force. The 1:72 scale is the most widespread one for this type, so the model fits well into a collection of modern jet aircraft and does not take up much room in a display case. The number of parts, the exact contents of the package and the range of decals are given on the box and in the enclosed instructions.
The F-15J is the Japanese license-built version of the single-seat McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle fighter, which was produced by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. It serves as the main interceptor and air defense machine of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force. In its design it is a twin-engine aircraft with a high-mounted wing of large area, a pair of vertical tail surfaces and angular air intakes that pivot according to the angle of attack.
Finish the cockpit and the nose landing gear bay before you glue the fuselage together. Mask the clear canopy and fit it only after painting, because it is very visible on this type. The gray schemes of modern fighters call for an even coat from an airbrush and a fine grading of the panels, otherwise the model looks flat. Emphasize the engraved lines with a capillary panel liner, apply the decals onto a gloss coat and fix them with a matte one. Leave the pylons and the stores until the end.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
