A resin instrument panel for the Lancaster Mk.I/II/III in 1:72 scale for a faithful fitting out of the flight deck.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a model of an aircraft but a small detail set. It brings a resin instrument panel for the Avro Lancaster heavy bomber in the Mk.I, Mk.II and Mk.III versions in 1:72 scale. The casting carries finely rendered dial faces and controls that replace the coarser or merely suggested parts from the base kit.
The Avro Lancaster was a British four-engine night bomber of the Second World War, the backbone of the raids on German industrial centers. The Mk.I and Mk.III versions differed mainly in the origin of their Merlin engines, while the Mk.II used radial Bristol Hercules engines; the pilot's instrument panel remained basically common to them.
Wash the part free of the mold release agent and separate it from the casting block. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint the panel matte black, pick the dial faces out with a dry brush or a decal and go over them with a drop of clear gloss coat for the impression of glass. The set is intended for an ordinary 1:72 Lancaster kit.
The set contains only the resin part of the instrument panel. The aircraft kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
