The Soviet 82 mm mortar with crew in 1:72 scale is a plastic set from Zvezda with the mortar and its crew.
Responsibility details are not available.
This plastic set in 1:72 scale contains a Soviet 82 mm mortar and figures of its crew. It is a set from a tabletop game line, and the parts are laid out for easy fitting together. The figures and the weapon can be glued and painted for use in dioramas.
The Soviet 82 mm battalion mortar was an effective yet light weapon that a four-man crew could carry. An experienced crew achieved a high rate of fire. The weapon was among the basic fire support of the Soviet infantry in the Second World War.
Separate the parts from the sprues and clean up the mold seams. Prime the weapon and the figures first, then paint the uniforms, the skin and the metal parts of the mortar separately. A wash will pick out the details; a dry brush will help lift the edges of the kit and the weapon.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
