A plastic model of the Ultra Hawk 3 — the fictional aircraft of the TDF ground defense force from the famous Japanese series Ultra Seven, which belongs to the wide world of Ultraman. The 1:72 kit is made by the Japanese company Fujimi, so you can build a machine known from the television screen in the same scale in which you collect ordinary aircraft.
Ultra Seven was made in the late 1960s at the Tsuburaya studio and to this day it ranks among the classics of the Japanese tokusatsu genre — live-action science fiction stories with practical effects. In it the elite Ultra Guard unit defends the Earth against alien threats and uses a fleet of Ultra Hawk machines to do so. The Ultra Hawk 3 is the smaller, agile aircraft deployed on reconnaissance and support missions alongside its larger siblings.
Science fiction machines carry a cleaner, studio look well — a smoothly sprayed base, a fine accent of the panel lines with a dark wash and discreet highlights on the edges. Stick to the color scheme in the instructions, which follows the television appearance of the machine. Give the smaller parts time during clean-up; the final impression comes from clean joints.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
