The Matilda Mk-I (A11) was a British infantry tank of the late 1930s, built to escort the infantry. It stood out for its thick armor and its low speed; its armament consisted of a machine gun only. It was used in the opening phase of the Second World War, among other places in France in 1940.
The small scale allows a quick build, and the joints can be secured with a drop of cement for plastic. A primer, a basic coat and detail work with a wash and a dry brush all pay off. Dust and mud pigments will bring the running gear and the lower areas to life.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
